WELCOME TO

The Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore

Thank you for visiting The Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore’s website.  With over 70 members, we are one of the largest clubs in the area.  The club was chartered in 1972 and has been helping make a difference in people’s lives not only in the Burlington community with humanitarian aid and scholarship awards, but around the world through various international initiatives.  We have always been an active fundraising club, starting early with car raffles, bingo, and dream auctions.  These early fundraisers culminated in 1995 with the creation of Canada’s Largest Ribfest

Please enjoy having a look around our new website and learn more about the benefits of joining our club, our club history, learn about impact we have made in the Burlington community, and how you could make a difference by joining us.

If you would like to learn more about becoming a member, please click the link below, send us an email and arrange to join us for one of our weekly lunch meetings.

OUR SIGNATURE

FUNDRAISER

Our largest and most successful community event and has been around since we planned Ontario’s first Ribfest in 1996. Since that day, all proceeds collected have gone to charity.  This food and music festival is held annually on Labor Day weekend at the panoramic lake view venue of Spencer Smith Park in downtown Burlington.

(Due to the COVID pandemic, for the summer of 2021 we have pivoted to a Drive Thru format which will be on May 24th, July 1st, and Sept 6th at the Burlington Centre).

Enjoy world-class BBQ from the best in the business.
